Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Egg Free Pizza

This pizza is so good! ~Lorenzo (Age 10)
With my two youngest children being allergic to dairy, and one of them allergic to eggs and wheat also, it was a little difficult to find a pizza the whole family could eat and enjoy. While there are a couple of options out there on the market, the ones we have previously tried have not been an option for everyone. It's always something out there that one of us end up complaining about. If it is not the texture or the taste, there is too much or too little cheese/sauce.
When it comes to pizza night, we usually order pizza for those who are not allergic and have a separate (store bought) pizza for the ones who are. Even then, my youngest will still complain (usually about the pizza being too cheesy), so I always remove the cheese from hers. Finally, we found a recipe that works!! Not only was it delicious, it was quick and easy to make. As a bonus, the children really enjoyed being able to make their own pizzas! I'm so glad to be able to share this recipe with you all. Let me know what you think!

Poppin Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients
1 package of Pillsbury Gluten Free Pizza Crust
5 Tablespoons of Water
1 Tsp. of Vegetable Oil (or oil of your choice, we used Canola)
1 Egg (or egg substitute, we used 3 tablespoons of Just Egg)
1/3 cup of Great Value Pizza Sauce or BBQ/Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce
Cheese of your choice (We used 1/4 a pack of So Delicious Mozzarella Style Shreds and 1/4 a pack of So Delicious Mexican Style Shreds.
Meat topping of your choice (we used Hormel Turkey Pepperoni)
Directions
Place rack on the lowest possible position in the oven. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine pizza crust mix, water, oil, and egg in a medium bowl; stir about 30 strokes until combined and a smooth dough forms.
Press dough onto prepared pan. Generously prick dough with fork.
Bake crust in pre-heated oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and top with desired pizza toppings.
Place back in oven for an additional 7 to 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and toppings are thoroughly heated.
Here is my 6 year old daughter's plate. She ate all the cheese and came back for two more slices afterwards. This was definitely a hit for our family! Please feel free to leave any comments and to share your own experiences in preparing the recipe below.
